Leverage is the foundation of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, so it works for everyone — children, women, men, and people with some forms of disabilities. Keiki start at 3; the upper age limit is truly unlimited.
  1. Gi · No Gi · Competition · Fundamentals

    Adults

    Mixed-level, co-ed classes in self-defense and sport jiu-jitsu. Fundamentals for beginners with no sparring, Gi and No Gi for everyone, and a competition class for students who want to compete.

  2. Keiki 5–9 · Youth 9+ · From age 3 by ability

    Keiki & teens

    Self-defense, bully defense, confidence, self-esteem and coordination. Mondays are Gi, Wednesdays are No Gi, and there is a youth open mat for sparring.

    Women’s self-defense

    A hands-on monthly workshop in real-life self-defense using Gracie Jiu-Jitsu — leverage, not strength. No fitness or experience required. Plus a weekly women’s-only drills class.

    Oʻahu residents train free the first time, gi rental included. Keiki and teens get their whole first week.
