Schedule
Classes seven days
a week.
No Gi every weekday at 6 AM, Gi and No Gi at 10:30 AM and 6 PM, keiki and youth after school, a women’s-only class on Fridays, and evening classes on the weekend.
Drop-ins
$30 per class for kamaʻāina (Hawaiʻi residents), $40 for visitors. Everyone is welcome — regardless of school or affiliation.
